Theodore Behlendorf is a graduate of Tulane Law School and has been a member of the California State Bar since 1995. His practice focuses on Immigration and Nationality law, with an emphasis on immigrant and non-immigrant employment and family-based petitions. Atty. Behlendorf specializes in cases before the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Appellate Courts.
Maria "Joy" Sedano is an associate at the Law Offices of Theodore Behlendorf, where she represents individual and corporate clients in their family- and employment-based petitions and other stand-alone applications before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services. She received her law degree from Loyola Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University.
